Eitan Davis

Eitan Davis is a London based chef focused on combining traditional European cuisines with his South African roots while keeping presentation modern, clean and unique. Eitan received a grand diplome in both pastry and cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu London. He then went on to work as a private chef for professional athletes and worked with their nutritionists to provide nutritious and well-balanced meals. In 2023, Eitan began working as the head chef at Dulini Private Game Reserve in South Africa where he developed new menus as well as trained staff on innovative cooking and plating techniques. Now back in London, Eitan is the co-founder of Heathside Kitchen where he continues to elevate his client’s dining experiences.

David Roden

David’s career spans work at a Michelin star restaurant under renowned Chef Anthony Demetre, private dining for high profile sports athletes and tennis champions, in addition to consulting professional sports nutritionists. He is passionate about sourcing local and high quality seasonal produce and is thrilled to be co-chef alongside Eitan at Heathside kitchen bringing his experience to enhance private dining and pop up experiences.

Focusing on seasonal ingredients and balanced meals, Heathside Kitchen offers a wide variety of cuisines and styles based on the clients preferences. Both Eitan and Dave have been classically trained and have been exposed to a diverse range of culinary techniques and philosophies.
